Job Summary
The Water & Fire Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor. While learning the techniques and receiving training required they will perform professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.
Responsibilities
- Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned.
- Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
- Be available for an on-call & emergencies schedule rotation.
- Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
- Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
- Monitor loss & document readings.
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
- Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 lbs.
