What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover/packer and contents restoration position at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Oklahoma City?
Plans the route daily.
Loads and unloads boxes and furniture on and off the truck and in and out of vaults. Ensures boxes and
furniture are secure, safe and free from additional damage.
Maintains inventory integrity by properly scanning boxes and furniture from jobsite to truck, truck to vault,
vault to truck and truck to jobsite.
Places boxes and furniture at customer’s location as required.
Maintain 5S’s Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain in dock areas including exterior truck
wells.
Notifies customer of expected arrival time prior to arrival.
Notifies warehouse manager of any issue with delivered product
Informs customer of repair options for damage merchandise
Clean, inspect and fuel delivery trucks at the end of each shift.
Completes paperwork and forwards through appropriate channels including daily log sheets (DVIRs).
Guides and supports the Helper.
Authorities as detailed in the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
