Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support company staffing needs. This role focuses on building strong relationships with applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the applicant tracking system.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
- Represent the company professionally at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagements.
- Promote a positive and inclusive candidate experience at all times.
- Manage candidate databases, including tracking and follow-ups, through Paylocity system.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Perform other task as necessary to meet the organization’s objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent acquisition, Headhunting, Hiring, Staffing
- Expertise to search talented people with own mechanism
- Working knowledge of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Comfortable using technology, including applicant tracking systems, email, and Microsoft Office Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
