We're looking for a highly organized Permits Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and making sure projects stay on schedule. If you love checking things off your to-do list and working behind the scenes to keep everything moving, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Obtain permits for residential home improvement projects

✔ Communicate with cities, townships, and municipalities

✔ Track permit status and deadlines

✔ Maintain accurate customer and permit records

✔ Coordinate with internal departments to keep installations on schedule

✔ Help improve processes and support special projects

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems

✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience with permits or municipalities

⭐ Home improvement, construction, or remodeling experience
