What You’ll Do

As an Events & Lead Generation Representative, you’ll serve as the first impression of the HANSONS brand by engaging directly with homeowners at events and in local neighborhoods.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Represent HANSONS at trade shows, expos, festivals, fairs, and community events
  • Generate qualified leads by engaging attendees in conversation and identifying homeowner needs
  • Schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
  • Conduct neighborhood outreach and canvassing in areas where HANSONS projects are actively installed
  • Promote industry-leading home improvement products including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, bathtubs, and showers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building excitement around the HANSONS brand
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  • Accurately capture customer information using CRM and lead tracking systems
  • Assist with booth setup, promotional displays, and maintaining a professional event presence

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
  • Experience in lead generation, canvassing, event marketing, customer engagement, or direct sales
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to approach and engage strangers comfortably
  • Self-motivation and a competitive mindset
  • Ability to overcome objections and build rapport quickly
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service or promotional marketing experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events

Hours/Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. The workweek for this opportunity includes all days except Tuesday and Wednesday, with a standard shift of 10:00am to 7:00pm but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including extended hours during events and trade shows. Some local and statewide travel required.
