Field Team Members – Customer Service / General Labor / Driver

• Hiring Immediately for Full-Time
• Shifts are typically 8-10hrs 
• Earn: $19.36 - $28.49/hr. (all-in with a base pay of $17.00, daily tips, and potential bonuses paid on every paycheck)

About the position: 

• Each shift starts at our conveniently located office, where you’ll be matched up with your field team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities

About you:

• 21 years of age (required for insurance purposes)
• Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record (past 3 years)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 75lbs repeatedly
• Willingness to participate in a background check if considered for employment
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, driving, labor, warehouse, moving, restaurant, hospitality, and/or retail is a plus!
