The Role: Junk & Route Sales Associate

- Deliver an Awesome Experience: Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Cleveland and surrounding areas.
- Sell with Confidence: Spot opportunities to upsell and provide on-site estimates that help customers while boosting your earnings.
- Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial.
- Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Cleveland community.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid standard driver's license required.
- Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
- Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday
