Junk Removal and Route Sales Associate

Location: Clearwater, FL

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay is up to $24 an hour (Base Pay Profit Share Tips)
• Full Time Hours consisting of 4 weekday shifts 1 weekend shift expectation!

What you'll be doing:

Deliver Top-Notch Service: Impress our customers with your upbeat attitude and dedication to quality service.
Drive & Load With Care: Collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks.
Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts.
Promote Sales: Be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism.
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance.

Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
• 21 years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment. Able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly!
• Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
