What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of Junk Removal Specialists to deliver exceptional service to our customers

Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, professional, and friendly service

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation

Provide on-the-job training and support to team members

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in the field

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in customer service or related field

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
