Dispatch & Operations Trainee
Pay: $20 – $34 per hourLocation: St. Louis, MO

This unique position is designed for individuals who want to start in the field and move into dispatch and operations leadership. You’ll begin as a Truck Team Member to learn our business from the ground up—then, after about 3 months, transition into a role supporting and coordinating the very crews you once worked alongside.
What You’ll Do
Phase 1: Truck Team Experience (3 Months)
- Work hands-on with a partner in one of our clean, shiny blue trucks.
- Provide on-site estimates, remove unwanted items, and leave customers smiling
- Learn our systems, routing processes, and customer-service standards.
- Gain a full understanding of how jobs are booked, dispatched, and completed.
Phase 2: Dispatch & Operations Leadership
- Coordinate daily truck schedules and ensure smooth communication between field teams and management.
- Monitor job quality, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Support recruiting, training, and scheduling of Truck Team Members.
- Help manage supplies, fleet readiness, and safety compliance.
- Jump in where needed to keep the day running efficiently.

What You Bring
- Age 23 (required for commercial vehicle insurance)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet
- Interest in career growth and leadership development
- Operations, dispatch, or customer service experience is a plus
