If you’re a friendly and motivated individual who enjoys helping others, we want you on our team!Our Truck Team Members drive our trucks and meet with customers in the field daily (Paid Training) !! Everyday is NEW.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers as a Truck Team member.
Your role is vital in ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with us are positive. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat with a friendly and helpful attitude
Provide information about our services and assist customers in scheduling appointments
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Valid Drivers License for 3 years
Able to lift 50 plus lbs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team player
