What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Junk Removal Specialist, you’ll ride along in our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks, visit customers on-site, and provide exceptional service by:

• Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal

• Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process

• Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.)

• Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience

• Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
✅ Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required)
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day
✅ Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

• Competitive hourly pay tips performance bonuses ($24-28/hr plus average, including base hourly, profit share, and tips.) Weekly pay

• Flexible scheduling - We offer 4-day and 3-day work weeks, must be available to work at least ONE day over the weekend. Shifts start between 6:30 am - 7:00 am
