Position Overview:
Looking for Summer work- STOP HERE!! We’re on the lookout for energetic and outgoing Removal Specialists/ Representative to join our Baltimore crew!
In this role, you’ll be moving and lifting items, providing quotes, and assessing spaces—all while
keeping a smile on your face and having a blast with your teammates.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently move and lift items
Engage with customers and provide friendly, informative quotes
Keep the work environment organized and fun
Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere
Take home unwanted items when possible
Qualifications:
At least 20 years of age
Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving history
Strong communication and organizational skills
A fun, outgoing, and motivated personality
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $21-$28 per hour (Average) base, plus profit sharing, plus tips
4 Day work week Full time- 3 day work week Part time
Profit sharing and tips
40 hours of paid time off (PTO) after 3 months
