Own all aspects of email production:
- Conduct thorough assessments of all email creative to guarantee adherence to established email content policies.
- Manage the email process, including creation of assets, testing, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Verify the accurate exchange of data and content within email communications.
- Coordinating and organizing digital assets for email campaigns.
- Ensuring that daily email activities are completed and within timelines.
- Quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct.
- Collaborating with other team members to execute emails.
- Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies.
- Assist in new marketing projects/initiatives as necessary.
- Fill ad-hoc requests on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
- 6 months - 2 years’ experience in an email-marketing program preferred
- Knowledge/background of e-commerce, email marketing best practices, success metrics and CAN-SPAM legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, emphasis in Excel
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Interest in new technology
- Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Exhibit the characteristics of approachability and openness in resolving issues
- Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities while meeting numerous daily deadlines
