Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in the plumbing field
- Comprehensive understanding of residential plumbing systems and California building codes
- Experience in system removal and installation
- Proficiency in routine maintenance procedures
- Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven in-field sales experience
- Expertise in equipment management
- Proficient in pipe and duct system installation
- Advanced technical knowledge, including:
- Interpretation of wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Analyzing technical data (pressure/temperature)
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
