The Role
Service our established residential and commercial client base while representing Security Plumbing & Drains with professionalism and accountability. You'll work closely with a strong office team that keeps you productive and focused on quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems including Copper, PEX, CPVC, ABS, and Black Iron in accordance with the California Plumbing Code (CPC)
Diagnose issues, clearly explain solutions, and provide accurate estimates to customers
Manage service calls using Housecall Pro
Maintain company vehicle, order materials, coordinate manpower when needed, and communicate effectively with the office
Deliver work that meets our high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience required
(5 years residential/commercial service preferred)
Clean driving record
Valid driver's license and own professional hand/power tools
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
Trade certifications are a plus
Big Plus
Experience with drain cleaning and/or hydro-jetting
Pay Transparency
Estimated annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $130,000, based on experience and performance. Compensation includes hourly pay or commission, with no cap on earning potential.
120-day probationary period applies.
