Part-Time Bookkeeper
Manotherm Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an immediate start position.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Intact IQ
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain general ledger accounts.
Prepare financial reports as required.
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Knowledge of Intact IQ is preferable but not essential.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Qualifications: Proven bookkeeping experience of at least 2 consecutive years.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
