Position Overview:

In the role of Part-Time Sales Assistant at our concession, you will play a crucial

part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering sales during the joyous

holiday period. Your enthusiastic approach, customer service skills, and commitment to

ensuring each customer's satisfaction will be instrumental to the success of SOS Cookies.

Responsibilities:

 Welcome and engage customers with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

 Assist customers in choosing the perfect cookies and treats based on their

preferences.

 Provide accurate and helpful information about our products, addressing inquiries,

and suggesting options to enhance the customer's experience.

 Process transactions with precision and efficiency using the point-of-sale system.

 Maintain the visual aesthetics and cleanliness.

 Monitor stock levels and replenish products as required.

 Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless shop operations.

 Display a deep understanding of SOS Cookies' offerings and brand identity.

 Seize upselling opportunities to optimize sales outcomes.

 Handle customer feedback, questions, and concerns in a professional and courteous

manner.

 Demonstrate flexibility by accommodating the shop's evening and weekend hours.

Requirements:

 Sales experience is desirable.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Strong customer-centric orientation.

 Positive and enthusiastic attitude, even during peak demand periods.

 Ability to work harmoniously within a team.

 Accurate and detail-oriented when handling cash transactions.

 Basic proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems.

 Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, aligning with the shop's schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
