Hotel Duty Manager

We’re on the lookout for a talented F&B Duty Manager to join a bustling and award-winning property in the heart of Offaly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to deliver exceptional guest experiences, this could be your next big move!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the team with energy and enthusiasm to deliver top-notch service to every guest – every time.
• Training, developing, and mentoring your team to ensure they’re performing at their best and hitting their goals.
• Keeping standards high – from spotless spaces to well-presented and professional staff, you’ll set the tone.
• Managing budgets, stock control, and purchasing to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Driving revenue by coaching the team to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, cash handling, and hotel policies – keeping everything shipshape.
• Keeping communication open and seamless with the management team to ensure all departments work together like clockwork.
• Helping the hotel achieve outstanding inspection results – we’ll aim for nothing less!

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a busy, high-standard F&B operation.
• A hands-on leader who motivates and inspires their team.
