Business Development Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experience Business Development professional to join a leading quantum computing company developing quantum and quantum-inspired solutions to optimize decision-making and efficiency.


This will be a hybrid role based out of our Munich offices.


Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales (new and renewal) to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Support all stages of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain regular communication with technical and sales teams to align on product capabilities and strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Deliver advanced solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Highlight the competitive advantages of the company’s offerings.
  • Coordinate technical support for demos, evaluations, training, and PoCs.
  • Develop clear, compelling proposals, quotes, and value propositions.
  • Gather and share client feedback with product and marketing teams.


Required Qualifications

  • M.Sc. or degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • 8 years of sales or consulting experience in AI/ML or technology sectors, with a strong record of achievement.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.


Preferred Qualifications

  • A combination of a technical degree and an MBA.
