About the Role:

 

Embark on an exhilarating adventure in Sepaga's spirited arena! We're harmoniously merging professionalism with passion. Currently, we're on the hunt for a Customer Care Officer proficient at surfing the waves with us.

 

Role Highlights:

 

Client Champion: 🌐

Be the first point of contact for clients—answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions with empathy and precision.

Handle incoming communication through phone, email, and other channels—providing accurate information and support.

Handle client onboarding and maintain client records to ensure up-to-date and compliant data.

Conduct due diligence, perform Know your Customer (KYC) checks and collect required documentation in line with regulatory and company compliance standards. This includes the performance of the annual reviews as part of the ongoing monitoring process. 

Support Back-office and Customer Care teams in client-related data entry and reviews.

Ensure client satisfaction by handling feedback and escalating concerns where necessary.

 

Service Maestro: 🌉

Coordinate and track customer service requests, follow-ups, and feedback loops.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain a deep understanding of company services to educate and guide clients confidently.

Provide administrative support related to client care, such as scheduling follow-ups or preparing service reports.

Contribute to the improvement of service procedures and client communication strategies.

 

Communication & Relationship Guru: 🧭

Create positive client experiences through proactive communication and attentive service.

Build rapport with clients and contribute to a loyal client base.

Develop your professional knowledge through workshops and industry updates to stay ahead in service excellence.

Work closely with senior team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.

 

Essential Qualities:

📘 An experience of 2 years in a related position.

📜 Degree – Business Administration or related subject. 

💻 Proficient with MS Office & MS Outlook.

🔤 Fluent in English and Greek language, both written and verbal. 

🤝Solution-oriented and adaptable with a client-first mindset

⚖️ Excel in strategizing while staying hands-on? You’re our kind of dynamo!

✈️ Prepared to globe-trot for meetings and events, always prioritizing safety.
