XLA is looking for a Project Manager to work on a part-time basis (88%) to support a Federal Agency in Washington, DC.
The Project Manager will provide oversight and day-to-day management of Contractor staff activities to ensure the completion of all tasks are on time, within budget, and in accordance with Contractor's Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor will support the Workiva Compliance Use-Case and the management of the A-123 compliance program. This Contractor shall oversee services to support the FMD in areas including, but not limited to, open obligation review and certification, developing and enhancing open obligation and open receiver processes and procedures, assistance in the execution of control testing, and draft results and recommendations for improvement. This position requires the following experience, education, knowledge and skills:
