**Job Description:**
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Welder with expertise in TIG and MIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from custom radiator fabrication to repair and maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and other metals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they are structurally sound and free of defects.
- Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Welder, with a focus on TIG and MIG welding.
- Proficient in welding techniques and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
