DAY TO DAY AS AN ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORKING PROJECT MANAGER

As the Architectural Woodworking Project Manager at JBI Interiors Company, you are the backbone of our projects' success. Your attention to detail is unparalleled as you oversee every aspect of our projects, from inception to completion. You are the one who ensures that the kick-off meeting is a success, the elevations are complete, the proper approvals are acquired, and the customer's checklist is ready to go.

You collaborate closely with our production and purchasing managers to track each order, notify the customer of any delays, and ensure that we have all the necessary materials to complete each project. Your role also includes coordinating the delivery of each order, assigning a crew for installation, and overseeing each step of the process. You take pride in your work and enjoy the thrill of seeing our customers thrilled with the results of your exceptional project management skills. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORKING PROJECT MANAGER JOB?

• Knowledge about relationships between general contracts and sub-contractors
• Ability to interpret construction plans and written specifications
• Familiarity with FSC, LEED, W.I.C., and AWI woodworking standards
• Familiarity with various finishes and materials used in architectural woodworking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to present proposals in both written and verbal form
• Proficiency with basic geometry, math, tape measure usage, and template cutting

A working knowledge of MS Access and MS Project would be a plus but isn't required. Are you positive and encouraging? Do you have skills in negotiation and procurement?
