Summary/Objective

The Floral Designer will support the Floral Manager across various operational practices. 2-4 years of technical florist experience is required. Support will be focused around display and maintenance of floral inventory, as well as the engagement with customers both in-person and over the phone, in order to properly and efficiently communicate orders.

Assist customers with questions and the selection of floral arrangements

Maintain health of floral inventory both on the floor and in the refrigerated storage through the watering, cutting, and displaying of flowers

Communicate arrangement requests to Floral Manager from in-store customers and both phone and online orders

Setup displays in accordance with company standards

Assist the Floral Manager in the design of floral arrangements

Complete other general maintenance tasks on the general floor as required
