Floral Designer

Twigs & Vines Floral is looking for an experienced, motivated Floral Designer who is passionate about floral design as a career to join our team!

We specialize in weddings, sympathy, and everyday floral designs. Along with designing, you’ll work directly with customers in-store and over the phone, help take and process orders, and assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of running a busy flower shop.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 Year floral experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to confidently and efficiently create everyday, sympathy, and event designs
• Strong understanding of floral care, processing, and design techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable taking orders and assisting customers both in-store and over the phone
• Comfortable using computers and learning our point-of-sale system
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive member of the team
• Willingness to help with all aspects of the flower shop, including processing flowers, cleaning, stocking, and general shop upkeep
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry flower buckets, arrangements, and supplies
• Flexibility to work weekends and floral holidays as needed
