Local Ooltewah Landscaping Company / Portable Barn Dealer & Heavy Equipment Attachment Dealer Looking for Part-Time Bookkeeper
Record financial transactions, including cash payments into the correct general ledger and verify records are accurate.
Paying vendor bills as they come due
Day to day filing and financial transactions
Generate/send bill reminders and/or contacting customers to facilitate payment of past due invoices
Maintain/update account database
Prepare proposals and invoices
Weekly payroll for employees
Customer service including inquiries/sales of Backyard Outfitters sheds, MaxSteel Buildings and Backyard Playsets as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
