**AquaVie Fitness& Spa Club Receptionist/Concierge**

**Hourly Wage $16.50 DOE**

**Overview:**

AquaVie Fitness & Spa Club is a luxury full-service spa, modern fitness club. As a Spa Receptionist / Concierge you will join a team that is passionate about helping people feel their best, by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight! Spa Concierges Interact positively with guests, make and confirm spa reservations, record and track guest payments, answer the phones and provide knowledgeable customer service about spa treatments and fitness programs, locker procedures, greet and check-in members as well as hotel guests at the front desk. **Classification:** Non- Exempt

**Reports to:** AquaVie Director of Fitness Spa & Supervisors

**Responsibilities:**

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Create a supportive and professional environment which consistently delivers a spa experience that exceeds guest and associate expectations.

Provide excellent guest service.

Support core staff and assist in technician schedules and appointments.

Promote the spa by conducting tours and answering guest questions.

Provide support to technical staff in various duties.

Adheres to policies of AquaVie.

Reports any incident or accident to the Director of Fitness & Spa.

Maintain knowledge of all products and services in order to train and motivate staff to ensure that business goals and objectives are met.

Attend all staff meetings.

This position may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties.

**Qualifications:**

Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.

Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.

Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously

Professional manner.

Normal work hours: Varied to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Strong team player.

Previous luxury Fitness/Spa experience preferred.
