Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: meticulously planning and delivering structured lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring that learning objectives are clear and attainable for all students. This involves implementing effective teaching strategies, maintaining a well-organized classroom, and adapting your lessons to cater to diverse learning needs, fostering an environment conducive to academic growth and student success.
- Student Engagement: Creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and a passion for learning.
- Assessment and Progress Tracking : Regularly assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress.
- Parent Communication : Establishing open and effective communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed of student progress and address any concerns.
- Professional Development : Actively participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current educational practices.
