HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) - An upcoming road closure in the village will be closed for repairs beginning Tuesday. According to the village of Horseheads, Old Ithaca Road at North Main Street into Hanover Square will be closed starting Tuesday at 5:00 AM due to a water main repair. The village did not give a date as to when the work will be completed.
