About the role

Weee! are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in our Fremont headquarter. You will work with the Chief of Staff to help organize the CEO's day and ensure they have the support needed for maximum efficiency and productivity. We are looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative, passionate about food and wants to help the CEO and executive team to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage, assess and predict the needs of the CEO to ensure he is prepared for all internal and external meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information and communications tactfully, with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Coordinating the executive team calendars and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing material.
- Coordinating travel schedule and arrangements for a smooth travel experience.
- Conducting preliminary research on an as needed basis to support new developments and initiatives.
- Compiles agenda items from team members and creates presentations as needed.
- Assists with the onboarding of new team members by ensuring they are enabled with required set-up, supplies, and resources.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to escalate relevant information to executives as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and familiarity with Gsuite.
