Description

North Star Health is seeking a dentist to provide care to an underserved population in the Brattleboro, Vermont area.

The Dentist will demonstrate the following qualifications and standards in their role:

Clinical Practice & Case Management:

* Provide safe therapeutic care in holistic and systemic way to include the assessment and overall care management of a specified patient population.

* Exercise independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis and initiation of dental processes and procedures.

Teamwork:

* Communicate effectively and works cooperatively with others.

* Have respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines.

* Use an integrated approach to patient outcomes.

Quality/Best Practice:

* Utilize standards, guidelines, and protocols for care delivery.

* Incorporate data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes.

* Ensure improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development in life-long learning.

* Provide direction and guidance to others regarding practice, serves as a resource, and mentor.

* Leadership skills demonstrated in decision making and problem solving.

Requirements

* US Dental Residency

* Dental License in the state of Vermont

* Willingness to travel to alternate clinic sites

* Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption prior to starting employment. *
