Job Overview:

You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining dies in stamping presses and punch presses to ensure efficient production processes. This is a crucial role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and install dies in stamping presses according to specifications
- Perform die changes and adjustments to meet production requirements
- Assemble and disassemble parts of the die for cleaning or maintenance purposes
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to die performance or production efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Die Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.38 - $19.53 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
