Responsibilities :

• Conductingoneonone consultations with clients to evaluate their financialsituation identify goals and develop personalized financialplans
• Educating clients on basic financialconcepts such as budgeting debt management retirement planning andinvestment strategies
• Assessing clientsfinancial habits and behaviors identifying areas for improvementand making recommendations forchanges
• Monitoring clients progress towardstheir financial goals providing ongoing support and accountabilityand making necessary adjustments to their financial plan asneeded
• Providing resources and referrals toadditional financial professionals such as tax accountants orestate planners when appropriate
• Stayinguptodate on current financial trends tax laws and investmentstrategies in order to provide accurate and relevant advice toclients
• Conducting workshops webinars or othereducational events to promote financial literacy and reach newclients

Requirements :

• Provenexperience in professional or similarrole
• Strong understanding of financial conceptsand investment strategies
• Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to explain complex financialinformation in simple terms
• Ability to developstrong relationships with clients and provide personalizedadvice
• Knowledge of financial planningsoftware and tools
• Professional certificationssuch as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered FinancialAnalyst (CFA) are welcome.
