We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, agile, and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to act in a business partnering capacity by undertaking financial analysis and the creation of detailed reporting. The FP&A Manager will take full responsibility for the accurate creation of the annual budget and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparation of various monthly management reports
• Create analysis and present financial data, including forecasts and budget to the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the CFO in delivering presentational outputs for discussion with the Leadership team
• Analyze large amounts of information from various sources to discover trends and identify challenges/opportunities to improve the business performance
• Business partners with various internal teams as well as the Finance function
• Work with management accounts to ensure month-end close requirements are met
• Provide departmental managers with information on performance against budget and guide them through controlling costs.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as required, including assistance with specific project/initiative analysis
• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data in NetSuite regarding Sales Order reporting.

Requirements and skills

• Extensive FP&A/Commercial Finance/ Business Partnering experience plus in-depth knowledge of management accounts.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or Finalist (Part Qualified accountants with relevant experience will also be considered).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with and present to senior stakeholders with confidence and flair.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros/ VBA).
• Experience of using NetSuite

Salary: $110k - $140k
