What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Consultant position at TrueCommerce, Inc.?
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting the Commerce application suite across all of TrueCommerce. The position will work alongside team members from all divisions of the company to ensure a cooperative and cohesive onboarding and support experience for customers utilizing Commerce applications. Additionally, The Implementation Consultant will assist with launching new applications and building competency in Foundry applications across the business.
Implementation Consultant Job Responsibilities:

Provide Implementation Services for Commerce applications (50%)

Implement Commerce applications for customers as well as internally as needed
- Oftentimes in conjunction with other TrueCommerce software, but occasionally self-contained.
- Serve as primary technical consultant and business analyst on implementation / onboards involving Foundry applications
- Work effectively with members of companion teams when delivering solutions alongside other components or project teams.

Effectively manage workload across assigned projects
- Capable of working on multiple projects and with multiple customers/partners
- Effectively and timely communicate status updates, escalations, and good news to stakeholders; both internally and externally
- Maintain proper records and efficiently track project statuses
- Continuous innovation for implementation practices to provide better and more efficient implementations

Implement Commerce applications for customers as well as internally as needed

Champion New Products (20%)
- Serve as an early adopter for new Commerce applications
- Provide actionable feedback to product teams for feature requests, product enhancements, and bug resolutions
- Act as a voice for TrueCommerce Support and our Customers to address their needs
- Maintain a positive attitude internally and externally
- Ensure deployments and product features are scalable to our growth projections
- Participate in conference room pilots and simulation scenarios to ensure applications can be used, implemented, and supported from a customer and operations perspective

Build company competency on Foundry applications (10%)
- Interact with other implementation and support departments of TrueCommerce to identify training needs for Foundry applications
- Provide backup assistance and support to other resources utilizing Commerce applications
- Participate in training events to increase awareness and education on Foundry applications

Provide Support for Foundry applications (20%)
- Assist with supporting live customers (internal & external) as a secondary and tertiary escalation contact
- Educate support members on best practices for utilizing, configuring, and troubleshooting Foundry Applications
- Maintain a positive outward attitude and demeanor with customers as issues are resolved
- Provide regular, effective, and actionable communication on support issues; including proper updates to cases
- Assist with continuous refinement of escalated support process

Experience
Required- Experience with Supply Chain Execution software
- Strong technical acumen with ability to communicate business needs effectively
- 5 year(s): Professional work experience in an IT role and or software industry. Preferably managing software implementation teams
- SaaS and Cloud deployment experience is a bonus
- Shipping and warehousing experience is helpful
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Windows applications (i.e. OS, Office, etc.), MS SQL, MS IIS knowledge would be a bonus
