The Account Manager is responsible for directly supporting the Customer Success Department, with a core focus on helping our Merchant Partners achieve value from the services we offer. Key initiative is to facilitate adoption, optimization & implementation of our services, putting the customer at the center of everything we do. This results in great loyalty and therefore long-term customer retention. The role acts as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs. Account Managers will work in partnership with our back-end operations as well to ensure joint efforts are aligned and well-coordinated. This role is central to the service model since the Account Managers are on the front-line with our customers, ensuring success of our existing merchant base. This team member must ensure that they adhere to all customer service management processes in accordance with the TODC Business Operating System (BOS), as well as any merchant or vendor specific requirements.
