The Infinite Agency is looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director, are you one of those? One who is more than a book of work, they are the total package. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience at ad agency or brand with an award winning portfolio.
• Lead and review the work of the creative teams; guiding and inspiring the teams and developing their talents
• Partner with strategy on both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
• See your ideas through from concept to execution, working with internal and external partners to execute with brilliance
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
• Review and approve art, design, and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
• Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
• Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A strong Art Direction portfolio, covering multiple industries
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multitask, and pay attention to detail
• Extremely organized with a professional demeanor and demonstrates an eagerness to lead
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to accept accountability; ability to work very independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills; positive attitude; natural tendency to be proactive
