Integrated Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Fund Administration Operations Specialist in the Back Office. As a crucial member of our financial operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our fund administration processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Processing: Oversee accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including trades and corporate actions.
  2. Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliation of cash, positions, and other fund-related records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all fund activities, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
  4. Client Communication and Report Distribution: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional client service. Upload reports and statements using the firm's proprietary investor portal.
  5. Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards in fund operations.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in fund administration or back-office operations within the financial services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of investment instruments, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including MS Excel.
  6. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
