Maintenance Technician
The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is looking for a responsible Maintenance Technician to maintain and protect our facilities. From HVAC to plumbing to a fresh coat of paint, the Maintenance Technicians have a hand in every facility and every members satisfaction. They are personable, multi-talented, technically skilled individuals with a passion for fixing things and a keen eye for detail.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Maintenance Technician position aims to ensure that all facilities are maintained to provide clean, safe, efficient, environmentally healthy, and structurally sound facilities that offer staff and members the best possible atmosphere. Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on buildings, HVAC systems, fire systems, furnishings, grounds maintenance, and equipment maintenance. Our Maintenance Technicians are a key part of our organizations success. They are our repair leaders who provide the technical know-how behind each facility.
