Home Matters Caregiving 003 - POSITION SUMMARYThe Business Development Manager - West Valley (Sun City West, Surprise, Peoria) is responsible for the growth of our business through referrals, generating revenue by gaining new clients in the non-medical in-home senior care sector. They will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in market analysis, lead generation, and partnership development within the home care industry.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, online platforms, and cold-calling.Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, retirement communities, and other relevant entities.Make in-person contact with top list referral sources per weekIn-service visits with communities and referral sources once per monthDeliver compelling sales presentations to potential clientsEffectively communicating the value of our servicesEnter all activity for all leads and referral sources into our CRMMaintain knowledge of all Home Matters Caregiving policies, procedures and technologyConduct thorough assessments of potential clients' needs and preferences to propose personalized care plansPerform client and caregiver intros as neededParticipate in the monthly on-call rotation as neededOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSThe essential qualities include, but are not limited to the following:Experience with senior populationPrior experience in the home care field, either in-home care or home healthKnowledge of in-home care rules and regulationsAbility to pass required pre-employment assessments and criminal background testAbility to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writingBasic computer skills, including word processing and email useFlexibleschedule with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationCOMPENSATION/BENEFITSFull-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.Commission-based incentives for business growth achievements.Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.#J-18808-Ljbffr
