Staffing Proxy is Hiring an Audiologist Near Bismarck, ND

Recognized as a full-service audiology practice in Bismarck, North Dakota, the Alliance Center for Hearing is looking to add a patient-centric Audiologist to the team!
The Audiologist will specialize in diagnostic and rehabilitative services for patients ages five and up, including comprehensive diagnostic testing, treatment, selection, and fitting hearing instruments and implantable devices.
Qualified Audiologist candidates enjoy working in a team towards creating an environment that makes people comfortable and helps them work towards better hearing and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Performing complete audiological diagnostic evaluations, primarily for diagnosing and treating hearing loss.
  • Evaluating and fittings of Hearing Aids and Implantable Devices
  • Developing a customized hearing care plan for patients
  • Providing ongoing management, including follow-up and education, hearing aid checks and adjustments, programming, repairs, and cleanings.
  • Participating in marketing outreach and growing positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, fellow healthcare practitioners, and community organizations.

Requirements

  • AuD degree. Current North Dakota Audiologist License (or ability to obtain one by the time of hire) and North Dakota Hearing Instrument Specialist License in good standing.
  • Experience with implantable devices or willingness to learn is preferred.
  • Knowledge of multiple manufacturers’ fitting protocols, software, and products is a plus.
