SOS/Meals On Wheels primary function is to deliver nutritious, balanced meals to homebound seniors. Our goal is to help seniors stay in their homes and remain healthy and happy for as long as possible. SOS/Meals on Wheels serves seniors 60 and older who are vulnerable to malnutrition because they can no longer shop or prepare food independently. SOS/Meals on Wheels serves seniors living in Castro Valley, Hayward, Oakland, San Leandro and San Lorenzo. We prepare and deliver 1,200 meals daily from our commercial kitchen in San Leandro
