About:
Sono Bello is looking to for a high energy Recruiting Coordinator with a great attitude to join our Talent Team.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts through various platforms and serving as an administrative support to the VP of Talent and team. The ideal candidate has recruiting experience as well as excellent administrative skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting efforts at Sono Bello by sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions throughout the company.
- Partner with HR and Technology for new hire on-boarding and account creation.
- Partner with Recruiting team in planning, executing, and attending local and national hiring events.
- Communication and collaboration for the day-to-day responsibilities, including supporting the VP of Talent and team with scheduling interviews, maintaining calendars, and reporting and coordinating with team members across all departments. Prepare communications such as meeting notes, correspondence for distribution, PowerPoints, etc.
- Partner with Talent Team to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional office work environment with a preference toward administrative experience.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal and project management and administrative skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a rapidly growing professional, service orientated environment.
Compensation:
This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $26.00-$30.00, depending on experience.
