Position Summary

Resident monitors will provide overall supervision, (according to the program guidelines), of resident youth throughout the day and night hours. Resident Monitors will learn, understand and implement the ABCR Program model to encourage responsibility and accountability with residents. Resident monitors are responsible for ensuring the on-going safety of all residents and working together with co-workers to foster consistent implementation of program.

This position is part-time. The shift is a swing shift, Friday through Sunday, which includes shift differential pay.
