We are actively seeking an Amazing Assistant Project Accountant in Cincinnati, OH area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Target Wages: Competitive Wages

Position Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Accountant

• Supporting the senior/managing accountant and wider finance team
• Performing reconciliations of project accounts
• Preparing project profitability analysis
• Attend meetings and assist with other administrative duties

Qualifications of the Assistant Project Accountant

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of construction accounting with general ledger experience
• Timberline/Sage Software a plus
• Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel
• Must adhere to company screenings
• Must have valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
• Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
