- Proven knowledge of Customer Satisfaction
- Customer service experience
- Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls
- Incoming phone call management skills desired
- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
