Position : Receptionist
Pay Rate / Salary : $20.00 to $22.00 DOE
Location : Ripon, CA
Schedule : Monday through Friday 7 or 8am start time
Job Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving with customers, vendors, freight brokers, carriers, and drivers.
- Schedule logistics appointments using Excel spreadsheets.
- Process all necessary logistics paperwork, including but not limited to Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and other customer-required documents.
- Maintain daily logs and spreadsheets related to logistics operations.
- Assist the sales team with creating sales orders.
- Enter customer orders into the system and ensure orders are not released until payment has been received in full.
- Prepare and ship product samples as needed.
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the team.
