What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Robert Half?
Provide leadership for all direct functions dedicated to the business, including Manufacturing,
Finance, Safety and HR.
• Working with the Company President, develop, formulate and execute short and long term business
plans. Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, yield improvement, quality improvement, supply
chain development, asset management control, and safety requirements while ensuring the highest
customer service level.
• Build and maintain a team of excellence through careful selection of key personnel including
promotions of existing employees.
• Perform periodic operation reviews at manufacturing locations and other direct functions.
• Make certain that consistent practices and controls are in place and ensure that all actions and
activities, internal and external to the business, are performed ethically, lawfully and with a high
degree of integrity.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Production Scheduling
• Customer Satisfaction
• Quality Assurance
