Duties: In this role, you will be assisting the Property Manager with the housing re-certification process for residents/tenants. This includes meeting with residents organizing files, following up on documentation, typing letters, basic clerical duties, and more. If you have prior housing experience and keen attention to detail, this could be the role for you!

Requirements
- Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
- Succeed independently with tasks
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- A committed teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
- Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
- Demonstrated knowledge of Organizing Files
- General familiarity with Make Files
- Provide Clerical Support experience highly preferred
- Back office support experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Basic Office Equipment
- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
- Practical knowledge of Clerical Duties
- Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Office
